Through the transparent case back, one can admire the newly developed 31-260 PS FUS 24H automatic movement housed within. This movement is based on the ultra-thin 31-260 automatic caliber but incorporates a 24-hour display and a travel time mechanism. The 31-260 PS FUS 24H movement consists of 240 components, including 44 jewels, operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hertz), and is equipped with a Gyromax® balance wheel, Spiromax® hairspring, and a platinum micro-rotor, providing a power reserve of 48 hours.
The 31-260 PS FUS 24H movement incorporates three patented technologies: the Three-Position Crown Time Setting, Linear Time Zone Spring, and Inertia Increment. These innovations effectively enhance the accuracy and efficiency of timekeeping, ensuring greater safety, reliability, durability, and ease of operation. With the crown in its original position, manual winding is possible. When pulled halfway, rotating in any direction allows for setting the local time in hourly increments. When fully pulled out, the “stop-seconds” function synchronizes the setting of home time, local time, and minutes.
